Konstantinos Tsaprailis and George Choumos delivered on 25/11 a lecture at the Hellenic Air Force Academy, presenting the Space Surveillance and Tracking activities carried out by BEYOND’s SpaceHub team, along with the contributions of the Greek partners participating in the EUSST Partnership.
The session formed part of the Common Module on “Space Applications for Security and Defence”, organized under the auspices of the European Security and Defence College. This module is based on the Common Module Curriculum of the European Initiative for the Exchange of Young Officers, a key EU educational framework aimed at fostering a deeper understanding of the role of space applications in security and defence.

Ο Κωνσταντίνος Τσαπραΐλης και ο Γιώργος Χούμος πραγματοποίησαν στις 25/11 μια διάλεξη στη Σχολή Ικάρων, στην οποία παρουσίασαν τις δραστηριότητες διαστημικής επιτήρησης και παρακολούθησης (Space Surveillance and Tracking / SST), οι οποίες υλοποιούνται από την ομάδα SpaceHub του BEYOND, καθώς και τη συνεισφορά των ελληνικών φορέων που συμμετέχουν στο EUSST Partnership.
Η διάλεξη εντάχθηκε στην εκπαιδευτική ενότητα με θέμα “Space Applications for Security and Defence”, η οποία διοργανώνεται υπό την αιγίδα του European Security and Defence College. Η εκπαιδευτική αυτή ενότητα βασίζεται στο Common Module Curriculum του European Initiative for the Exchange of Young Officers, ένα κρίσιμο ευρωπαϊκό εκπαιδευτικό πλαίσιο που προωθεί την κατανόηση του ρόλου των διαστημικών εφαρμογών στην ασφάλεια και την άμυνα.
